He has 15 years of professional experience in the oil industry acquired, among others, while acting as the director of the division responsible for the processes of obtaining waste oils and their recycling at Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze SA (The PKN ORLEN Group). He specializes in coordinating and supervising refinery processes, including processes involving distillation and rectification of hydrogen streams from crude oil processing. He gained experience by implementing numerous development and restructuring works in the field of optimization of production and production processes in the area of production of lubricants, operating fluids and plastic lubricants in Orlen Oil (GK PKN ORLEN). In addition, Paweł Szergowicz was responsible for the design and direct supervision of production processes, including distillation and chemical treatment. As the Managing Director at Flukar Sp. z o. o. he coordinated R&D in projects implemented by the company (Measure 1.4 POIG, LIFE program).

A graduate of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology at the Cracow University of Technology (Chemical Technology, specialty in Oil and Gas Technology) and the Faculty of Drilling, Oil and Gas of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow (post-graduate studies - Management in the Oil and Gas Industry). He acted as the Technological Process Specialist in the years 2015-2016.A member of the Scientific and Technical Association of Engineers and Technicians of the Oil and Gas Industry.Currently, also an Advisor to the Chief Labour Inspector, in 2018 he completed the Inspector's Application.Author of many articles in the trade press, active participant in national and international conferences.
Privately, he is passionate about politics and works in the local government
A graduate of the Faculty of Engineering and Chemical Technology of the Cracow University of Technology, where she also defended her doctoral thesis. She has been the Project Assistant since 2015 as well as Life Project Advisor since 2016. During the implementation of the project she is responsible for, among others, communicating with the European Commission and NFEP&WM, coordinating preparation of LIFE project documentation, supervising the implementation of tasks from the perspective of LIFE principles, the timely delivery of delivered products, achieving milestones, etc., as well as coordinating all the tasks executed under the project, organizing meetings of the Consultative Committee, preparing necessary reports on the progress of project implementation.
Hobbies: planning and organizing musical events.
A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Krakow and a Certified Business Trainer. Professionally she deals with activities related to business consulting. She supervises, as a member of our team responsible for the implementation of the project, abidance to project execution guidelines and compliance with the principles of conducting and settling LIFE projects, monitoring project progress and applying mechanisms to prevent irregularities, controlling the correctness of incurred costs in accordance with the principles of their qualifications, preparing reports for institutions financing the project and for internal needs related to project management.
Graduate of Polish Philology at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Silesia, with additional pedagogical education and postgraduate studies in e-administration, as well as protection of classified information and personal data with 10 years of experience in the field of control and settlement of projects co-financed by the European Union under operational programs during the years 2007-2013 and 2014-2020 as well as in the field of personal data protection.
Within the framework of the project, she continues to cooperate in the area of broadly comprehended promotion, including the organization of public meetings, workshops, conferences as well as the production and distribution of information and promotional materials for projects. She works together with the Technical Deputy Project Coordinator and Project Assistant on the dissemination of the project idea, ecological aspects of investments and fulfilment of obligations related to informing on project financing. The role of the communication and promotion specialist is also the development of a graphic line, as well as the selection of appropriate marketing means, and later selection of the contractor in accordance with the applicable procedures.
Working on projects as well as implementing personal data protection policy in various institutions provides diversity and the opportunity to learn about the fantastic entrepreneurial investments and / or activities of public or non-governmental institutions.
A graduate of sociology at the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow and postgraduate of Social and Marketing Research at the Tischner European University in Krakow. She has twelve years of experience in conducting social and market research, cooperating in the field of qualitative and quantitative projects with non-governmental organizations, public institutions and companies.
She values her professional work above all because each new project brings new challenges. She is interested in the visualization of data in social and market research.
Privately a connoisseur of all forms of personal development. For over nine years she has been practicing pilates and body art which, for her, are a versatile form of training not only physical, but also mental.
