The first edition of the international Slovak Forum took place, on 25 January 2019, at the G2A Arena in Jasionka near Rzeszów. The event was organized by the Foundation Institute for Eastern Studies (organizer of the Economic Forum in Krynica) with the support of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship authorities.
The event began with a panel discussion on the effective protection of the natural environment. The Deputy Minister of the Environment, Sławomir Mazurek, who participated in the discussion said, that cooperation between Poland and Slovakia is a result of the joint presence in the Carpathian Convention, the V-4 group and the European Union.
It was possible to exchange contacts and experiences during the meeting. Approximately 250 persons attended the 1st Slovak Forum
